On Friday, September 13, many of Sutton’s fall sports teams played away games.
Both volleyball teams played at Oxford High School. Varsity won their game 3-0, now putting them at 2-1-0. JV also won their game 2-1, and are also 2-1-0.
Varsity boys golf played at Leicester High School. The score was 189-201, Sutton. The boys won by 12 and are now 4-3-0.
As far as football goes, only the varsity boys played on Friday. Their game was at Millis High School. They lost 7-27, but it was only their first game of the season. This means they are 0-1-0.
On Saturday, Sutton’s teams played more games.
Both of the girls’ soccer teams played at Algonquin Regional High School. The varsity team won 3-0, and they are now 4-0-0. The JV girls played hard but lost 2-1, putting their record at 1-2-1.
Both of the boys’ soccer teams played against Algonquin as well. Varsity was at Algonquin, and JV was at home. The varsity team won 4-0, meaning they’re now 4-0-0. The JV boys lost 1-6, and are 1-3-0.
The JV football team played at our home field and tied 0-0. This means they are now 0-0-1.
