I think collecting isn’t a nerdy thing to do, but rather a fun past time and can provide good looking ambience in a room. I collect militaria and historical political buttons, and my collection does add some charm to my bedroom. I have my buttons mounted on my wall now, and they look good. You should consider collecting something, too.

I think AOT emails also being forwarded to parents are counterproductive, especially for Juniors and Seniors. They just cause tension in the household. It makes sense for Freshmen and Sophomores, but Juniors and Seniors should be allowed to fail themselves. It’s the same reason why we’re not bound to go to AOT. Even then, half the time they’re sent, at least for me, I’ve already dealt with the issue. There’s also the occasional case of that grade being completely unavoidable.
I think The New Campaign Trail is a fun game. I am coding a mod for it as of the time I’m typing this article. Would highly recommend checking the site out.
I think video games do not cause violence, despite what many parents think. It’s a very old fear from all the way back in the 1990’s, in the aftermath of the Columbine shooting, because the shooters happened to play video games. In fact, I’m pretty sure there’s studies that prove that it lowers violence as gaming helps calm people down.
I think neo-Confederates and Southern apologists are willfully ignorant of what they’re actually trying to defend. Despite what they’ll tell you, the American Civil War and Southern secession was over the issue of African Slavery. They also ignore the fact that slavery was literally codified into the Confederate States Constitution. There was even a specific clause that pre-emptively forbade an amendment to abolish the practice. How do I know this? I own a copy of the Confederate Constitution myself.
I think that Luigi Mangione should be prosecuted. Two wrongs don’t make a right, Luigi. You can’t just run around gunning people down. It’s not how society functions.
I think President-elect Trump should not have had cases thrown out due to his election. Everything was filed right, and he was given proper hearings as well. No one is above the law, and throwing these cases out before a trial could begin flies in the face of these principles.
