Golf—The Sammies(6-8) lost a tough one at home, 154-182 to Blackstone Valley Reg Voc/Tech High School(14-2). The Beavers handed Sutton their eighth loss of the season. Gold medalist John O’Leary had the Sammies’ lowest score of 37.
Boys Soccer- Another big win for the boys, as they defeated a very skilled Marlborough High School (8-2) team. The 3-2 win sets the Sammies at a record of 9-3, as Sean Vinuti had yet another great outing with 2 goals. JV lost 3-1 and are now 4-5-1.
Volleyball- Back-to-back wins for the Suzies, as they look to turn their season around. The dominant 3-0 win against Blackstone-Millville Regional High School improves Sutton’s record to 4-8. McKenzie Elliott (5 aces, 5 kills, 8 digs, 1 block), Emma Nolan (15 aces, 5 kills, 3 digs, 9 assists), and Meghan Levins (2 aces, 2 kills, 9 digs) all had amazing games. The JV won as well, the 2-0 victory puts the JV team at 5-2.
JV Girls Soccer- The Suzies tied Nipmuc Regional High School 1-1.
