Back in 2016, Taylor Swift was attacked by Kanye West in his song “Famous” through the language he used. After the shade thrown at her, she deleted all her posts on social media and became a ghost.
A year later, Swift resurfaced on her social media and she started posting snakes, referring to her upcoming album Reputation. West came for Taylor’s reputation and she reclaimed it by using a snake, referring to his behavior, as the face of the rebranding.
Swift has fans all over the world, and after performing 149 shows on her “Eras” tour, she still had fans who could not get tickets but wanted them. She cares greatly about her fans, meaning she tried to make it as accessible as possible. Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour came out in AMC Theaters on October 13th, 2023. This allowed fans to go to theaters to get the era’s tour experience for less. The movie is now available on Disney+, so fans came to enjoy the movie from the comfort of their home.

During her era’s tour, she had a section dedicated to surprise songs, one on the guitar and one on the piano. Every concert would be different songs not already on the setlist to keep fans wanting more. Fans went to the concerts and still refer to certain songs as “their surprise songs” because it had meaning to these fans. She continued to market this as a personal experience which made fans want to go even more.
In Swift’s earlier albums, she had “secret sessions.” These sessions were exclusive, invite only to super fans of Taylor and her albums.
