It’s that time of year when people say they are going to change–will they?

As 2024 started, around the globe people started the year off with a determination to change their lives by making resolutions.

The ones that come up time and time again are:

  1. Improve fitness
  2. Improve finances
  3. Improve mental health
  4. Lose weight
  5. Improve diet

  • Will: The best way to spend Valentine’s Day varies from person to person, but in my opinion the best way to spend the day is with the people you love the most. This day would allow you to show someone how much you truly care about them.
