Girls Soccer: The Suzies (16-2) brought home the CMASS tournament championship trophy. They defeated division rival Douglas Tigers (12-5-1) 3-1 in Millbury. Senior Captains Addy Jerome and Anna Joseph paved the way, with Addy scoring 2 goals and Anna scoring one.
Boys’ Soccer: Later in the evening, the Sammies (15-3) took the field, taking down Bromfield (11 – 3 – 4) in a 2-1 nail biter in Millbury. The championship game was a gritty and physical match, with Sean Vinutti and Kyle Kolafsky scoring for the Sammies.
Both teams now await the final seeding for the Massachusetts State Tournament Bracket.
