Junk foods are processed foods with very little nutrition and can even have very harmful ingredients. These types of foods are usually cheap but very tasty, unfortunately, increasing the lack of healthy food consumption.
The most popular unhealthy deserts usually come from fast food restaurants. Starbucks white chocolate mocha Frappuccino, Burger King, Dairy Queen, and McDonalds blizzards and milkshakes are all high in calories, carbs and fats but are highly ordered.
Lots of candies are so unhealthy and should not be eaten so frequently or just completely banned from the earth because of how bad they are for you. Some candies are high in sugar, fat, and calories such as Snickers, Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, and Twix. Candies that have high sugar and artificial ingredients include Skittles and Sour Patch Kids, and other chewy and sticky candies like Starbursts or gummy candies.
Sour Patch Kids are one of the worst unhealthy candies to be consumed. They are highly acidic and sugary which can destroy tooth enamel because of how sticky they are, and can increase the risk of cavities. These should not be so commonly eaten because of the possible consequences or even banned.

Soft drinks are high in sugar and should reasonably only be consumed every once in a while. An excessive amount of them can lead to very negative health outcomes. Let’s look at three examples of the most popular sodas.
The first one is Coca-Cola because of its added sugar just for the flavor. It has no nutrition level added from vitamins or minerals and the serving size is made of 39 grams of sugar.
The second one is Orange Soda. It contains very little or no orange and is made mostly of soda water, sugar and citric acid. It is colored to make it look more orange than it really contains. It has 44 grams in a 12 ounce serving.
The third one is Cream Soda. It is a combination of extracted vanilla that gives the drink a foamy texture, making it taste creamy. It includes the same ingredients as other sodas like sugar and artificial flavoring and coloring. It contains 45 grams of sugar in a 12 ounce serving.
Other unhealthy soft drinks are root beer, energy drinks, sweetened iced tea, ginger ale and more.

Processed cheese are used widely in fast food, snacks and tiny portions of food before a big meal. Many countries have banned cheese due to how harmful they can be because of how regularly consumed they are.
Cheese can raise LDL cholesterol levels, which is the risk of atherosclerosis. It can lower HDL cholesterol which is what helps remove cholesterol from the bloodstream, can promote inflammation, and is connected to conditions like heart disease, diabetes and even some types of cancer.
Cheese can increase the risk of overconsumption of food. It is designed to be hyper-palatable, meaning its taste and texture makes people want to eat more even if they are not hungry. This is because of the balance between fats, salt, and flavor enhancers.
The best way to stay healthy is eat your fruits, vegetables, grains, and unprocessed foods.
