It should never get old. It should always be exciting. It should never be assumed that is is a guarantee. It should always bring joy and pride at a job well done.
So far, all good. For the fifth straight season, the Suzies forgot how to lose a playoff game. The last group to experience a playoff loss left the building in 2023, and that came when they were freshmen. That is a remarkable run that should stand with any great runs in Massachusetts.
After reaching the back of the net 12 times in four games, Senior Ava Magnuson again found the back of the net one last time, this time when it counted most as the game was seconds from overtime. With that score, the Suzies once again laid claim to the best female soccer team in Division Four, their fifth such title.
Congratulations to the members of the team on a tremendous season. Well done!
