2022 Fall Season

The Girls’ Cross Country team, Boys’ Soccer team, and Girls’ Soccer team all did very well on Saturday, November 19th, in their state final meet/game.

Each team represented our school in the state finals and did not disappoint. The Barnyard showed out to cheer on our teams.

The Girls Cross Country team did well all season and it paid off. They made it to the finals and came in second place. Good job girls!

One member of the cross-country team said that everyone worked really hard and the whole team got better as the season went on.

The Girls’ Soccer team took home the state title once again. Their record was 18-5-1. They also won back-to-back CMASS championships.

A huge breakthrough for this team was when they lost against Algonquin. This jump-started them and helped them to communicate better on the field.

Their coaches Jensen Shipp, Angel Canales, and Jenna Fitzgerald helped the girls to get better throughout the season. Everybody on the team was dedicated to the sport and did their role to help the team win.

The Boys’ Soccer team put up an incredible fight against the defending state champions Bromfield but fell just short. Their record this season was 14-4-4.

Head coach Mike Elster has been coaching the Boys’ team for many years now and is definitely proud of his team for making it to the finals.
